National Computing Centre (NCC)
The NCC is the single largest and most diverse corporate membership body in the UK IT sector. It champions the effective deployment of IT to maximise the competitiveness of its members' business, and serves the corporate, vendor and government communities.
NCC delivers a continuum of services including; independent and impartial advice and support, best practice and standards, personal and professional development, managed service delivery, awareness raising and experience sharing. These services are designed to support IT and IS professionals and their teams throughout their management careers and faciliate operational excellence in the industry. NCC is a social enterprise owned by and run for the benefit of its members.
Mardak have placed its source code in escrow with the NCC for customer security should they wish to enter into an agreement with the NCC.
Construction Industry Computing Association (CICA)
The CICA is dedicated to promoting the effective use of information technology in the construction industry. Founded in 1973 by the Government, CICA is now an independent organisation, owned by its members and run for their benefit. CICA has a membership of over 150 organisations representing the diversity of the sector, and provides a range of sector specific information, advice and guidance solutions.
