Delivery And Installation
Unless otherwise stated installation is based on a single visit. Any delays caused by the Customer resulting in additional visits or expense are chargeable at Mardak Ltd standard rates.
The Customer should budget for an initial supply of stationery, disks, tapes and printer consumables as appropriate and ensure these are ordered in time to be available for system testing during installation.
Installation On Customer Hardware
Where Mardak is to be installed on hardware not provided by Mardak Ltd the Customer is responsible for ensuring that on the agreed installation date:-
a) The agreed hardware is fully installed and tested including all screens, printers, tape units and other necessary peripherals.
b) All necessary Operating System software (including Network and Tape Backup software where applicable) is installed and tested.
c) The system is configured to standards approved by Mardak Ltd.
Terms
Software Maintenance cover where applicable will commence on date of installation.
Price increases for software support and training are generally in line with increase of RPI
Payment Terms

Training/Project Management additional to contract sum. Monthly Invoice
Software Support and Maintenance is payable annually in advance.
