We pride ourselves on providing excellent training for all users of MCA. Our training consultants have a great deal of expertise, experience and enthusiasm.
Training will take place on site at your place of work, unless otherwise requested and arranged. Training is provided in either half day or full day sessions depending on the requirements.
The training sessions are usually separated into two main areas, 1) before ‘Go Live’ and 2) Post Live.
1. A 'test' company is installed on the system so that training can initially take place without affecting the 'live' company being implemented.
2. This ensures that training on your live system is also budgeted for.
Should you require it, additional management and user training sessions can be booked once the system is live.
Management training is recommended to ensure you can understand and use the full potential of MCA. A few examples of topics which can be covered within management training include:

- Management report generator
- Business Intelligence Monitor
- Menu Overrides
