Integration to Microsoft Office
Our product has been developed with full integration with Microsoft Office. We are aware that for many years Company Accountants have found the natural tool for reporting to be through spreadsheets. We have included in MCA’s integration with Microsoft Office a “1-Click” export to Excel feature which can be applied to all enquiries and reports generated.
Our integration also includes the ability to utilise the mail merge functionality in Word. The mail merge facility can also be used to run debtor’s letters. If the debtors’ age listing is generated, the mail merge can be set to pick up and refer to the relevant financial values in the letter. During the mail merge set up, the financial values are specified as reference 1, reference 2 etc…
Integration to 3rd Party Applications
MCA has been written specifically to enable integration with 3rd party applications. Importing and exporting information is facilitated using modern .xml data transfer routines. These include integration with estimating, invoicing and job ticketing applications such as Conquest, Esti-Mate, Workspace, Weighbridge Ticketing Applications.
