Mardak Construction Accounts includes the tools you need for gathering, storing, analysing and providing access to data to help you make better business decisions. The software allows in-depth interrogation of your data, with querying and reporting, statistical analysis, forecasting and data mining.
MCA is supplied with a range of relevant standard reports set up for each module. These have been developed to meet your business requirements, however if you require additional reports, bespoke reports can be set up and saved for every module. All Mardak standard reports are readily customisable to an individual client needs and numerous formats of the same report can be kept. All reports can include company logos and watermarks.
A comprehensive and easy to use report generator is provided for all MCA modules. Every enquiry and report in MCA is produced as an Adobe PDF allowing them to be viewed, searched or emailed. We are aware that for many years Company Accountants have found the natural tool for reporting to be through spreadsheets. We have included a “1-Click” export to Excel feature which can be applied to all enquiries and reports generated. Reports can be produced in multiple of additional formats (HTML, Word, XML etc…). Reports can also be viewed in a range of graphs within MCA.
Excel is used to define the layout, format, totalling and graphing required on the report. Only one copy of the spreadsheet is held (on the server) ensuring standardisation, the MCA report generator then populates the spreadsheet with information extracted directly from the database. All work is carried out in the MCA application to ensure appropriate security is applied.
If you choose to take our Document Management module, all reports can be stored within MCA, removing the need to print, file and archive large files. As well as saving on the administrative and printing costs involved with the filing of reports, it also has a considerable impact on the storage space required by businesses.
