Our Business Intelligence Monitor is enabled throughout every MCA module. However, if alerts are required via email or text this involves purchasing the Business Intelligence Monitor as an Advanced module. It can be purchased individually or with other advanced modules to compliment the MCA core accounting package. It integrates fully with every MCA module.
Our Business Intelligence Monitor enables managers to identify and monitor the most important areas relating to their Company, Contracts, Sub-Contractors or any other information held in MCA.
Managers can set up predefined criteria (triggers) which they would like to receive update notifications about. When these triggers are met during day to day processing the system will notify the manager by an on-screen message, or if away from the office via an e-mail or text message.
Throughout the development of MCA we have considered the requirements of businesses operating within the construction industry. We have understood the need for key business information to be immediately accessed by the relevant personnel so have taken a proactive approach in the design of this module.
It includes the following functionality:
- Notification by onscreen message, email or text
- Triggers can be set up for all MCA Core and Advanced modules e.g. Nominal Ledger, Subcontractor Ledger, Payroll etc...
- Unlimited number of triggers can be set per user
- Different triggers can be set for different personnel subject to authority level
